Lakeside Project
A full interior renovation designed to improve both function and flow, including a new office, main bath, laundry room, and primary suite. Warm tones, colour-washed spaces, and carefully selected tile bring a cohesive, layered feel throughout. Custom closet and bedroom millwork divide one space into two, creating distinct areas while maintaining a seamless, built-in look.
Braeloch Project
An extensive renovation that reimagines both the exterior and interior of the home. Updated rooflines, metal roofing, and a blend of metal and wood siding give the exterior a strong, modern presence, complemented by new windows, doors, a cantilevered deck off the primary bedroom, and a refreshed stone walkway at the entrance.
Inside, the space is brought together through a custom kitchen, bathroom, and detailed millwork, with wallpaper and finishes thoughtfully curated by our in-house designer.
